Welcome to Western Civilization & Culture!
The California History Standards do NOT include 9th grade history, however this class follows the 10th grade standards and is intended to prepare you for 10th grade AP European History.
You must get a C or better to pass this class. Getting a D or an F either semester will result in mandatory summer school; getting Ds/Fs both semesters will result in mandatory repetition of the class in the 10th grade.
